These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clubrella mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (18+ only)
The App is intended for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18+.
If we discover you are under 18, we may suspend or delete your account.

2) Accounts and security
You must provide an email address and password via Firebase Authentication to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account.

3) Usernames and conduct
Usernames must not be abusive, unlawful, misleading, or infringe others’ rights. You must not impersonate others.
We may remove or restrict usernames or accounts that breach these Terms.

4) Friends, requests, and blocking
The App allows adding friends by username and sending/receiving friend requests. Users can block others.
You must not spam requests, harass users, or attempt to bypass blocks.

5) Bingo / points / leaderboard
The App includes game features such as bingo picks, verification requests, points, and leaderboards.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
We do not guarantee that another user will verify or approve a request, and we are not liable for user-to-user disputes.

6) Venue information and third-party services
The App may show venue information and provide links that open external services, for example Google Maps and social links.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

7) Acceptable use
You must not:
• break laws or encourage illegal activity
• attempt to access data that isn’t yours
• interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or security rules
• reverse engineer or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• use bots/scrapers to spam or harvest data

8) Suspension / termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or your use harms the App or other users.

9) Account deletion
You can delete your account in the App from the account/settings area.

After deletion, you may lose access to your account, profile, friends, points, leaderboard data, bingo data, and other app features connected to your account.

If you have issues deleting your account, you can contact clubrella@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. We may ask for verification.

10) Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Venue information may change and may not always be accurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights under UK law.

11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from third-party services you access via links.
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12) Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Continuing to use the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
